WHAT IS THE GUILD BRITISH MOLECATCHERS- YOU MIGHT WELL ASK
The Guild is an initiative run by molecatchers for the benefit of molecatchers and their customers.
It exists to provide reassurance for those wishing to engage in or purchase mole control services.
By Purchasing from a molecatcher displaying the Guild logo, the hope is that customers may do so in confidence.
The Guild logo is a trust mark, its presence signifies excellence in terms of customer service, and professionalism that will alleviate doubt in the minds of both existing and potential customers.
IT IS NOT EXCLUSIVE CLUB - any person can become a Guild member and display the logo. All we ask is that members meet the minimum requirements unders a good working code of practice( click onto link above ) and provide services within the guidance of the code. This bestows a high level of welfare for the mole whilst under control and an efficient assistance to customers.
The unsrupulous will always find a way to deceive people, however by following a few simple rules, molecatchers and customers could find it easier to make judgments about who they trust ( yes it works both ways ).
Many providers claim the best service and value for money, employing Guild members displaying the Logo immediately reveal their honesty and dedication to providing the best possible assistance. Working under the Guilds working code of practice all customers can be sure and monitor the assistance they receive from our members.
The Guild is not an arbitrator - if you have concerns about a Guild member or dispute, speak to the member concerned they are professionals and should be able to resolve any issues satisfactorily. We will NOT enter into any disputes ourselves; we will however remove members from the membership and request they remove the Guild logo if they fall short of the minimum requirements.
The Guild has and will continue to work to promote the highest level of welfare for moles whilst under the control from man.
It provides training and advice to anyone asking to be educated and enlightened.
